Dear Sirs,
This is to inform you of our present status and of
our future plans regarding the RoHS/WEEE Directive, which goes into
effect July of 2006.
Under the RoHS Directive, the following six hazardous substances
may no longer be used:

| Mercury |
| Cadmium |
| Hexavalent Chromium |
| Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB) |
| Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE) |
We currently use three of these substances, Lead, Cadmium, and
Hexavalent Chromium, in some of our products, during the soldering
phase of component assembly.
Lead and Cadmium: We plan to stop using these substances
by July 1st, 2005. Currently, the following products DO NOT
utilize these substances:
MW12B, MH22B, SW22E, SP22E, LCP12, LCP15 MA, MB, DA (dials)
Hexavalent Chromium: We plan to stop using this substance
by January 1st, 2006. On and after that date, all of our
products will meet all of the RoHS Directive requirements.
